The B.R.Y.C.K.E.D. Up Fitness Instructor Training Course will teach you how to successfully create a program that enhances muscular power, stamina, core strength, body balance, agility and rhythmic flow.
During the eight hour course, you will be introduced a format that is unique to B.R.Y.C.K.E.D. Up Fitness. This course focuses on teaching a basic understanding of kinesiology and anatomy principles, understanding fitness components and exploring the 6 styles of exercise that makes B.R.Y.C.K.E.D. Up uniquely challenging and fun.
This is not a licensed or franchised program. There are no fees for the facilities to offer the program and instructors are not required to pay monthly dues.
